We asked Greg to start up the change management function at lululemon because of his keen understanding of the end-to-end processes of the retail business and his sensitivity to the unique culture of our company.

We had been working with a third party consultant on a number of supply chain initiatives.  The projects were ready to deploy when someone asked about our change management strategies (which hadn’t yet been defined).  Greg quickly secured a Change Lead resource to supplement our team.  Together, they got up to speed on the projects and built communication and training plans to support our sourcing managers, production team and vendors – which greatly benefitted the implementation of these programs.

Greg possesses a unique combination of industry experience, exceptional communication skills and change management expertise. His knowledge of the apparel business and change management skills are helping us achieve the cost savings these initiatives were intended to deliver.

I collaborated with Greg in 2014-2016 on a significant transformational change program at lululemon -- the update and integration of its merchandising planning system and processes.  It was an amazing experience to co-create a unique change management program that resonated with the business imperatives and the culture of the organization.  Greg is a rare change leader who truly gets that organizational change management is a blend of art and science and so is able to attune his approach and style to both the needs of the business and IT.
